FAQs

I want a puppy, what do I do?

If a puppy is listed on our website as available, it is more than likely available. Contact us to be sure before purchasing. If someone is in the process of purchasing, we may need to update the website.

I want to reserve a puppy, what do I do?

If you see a breeding you’re interested in, you can send a reservation fee (deposit) towards a particular puppy or litter. If you know you want a puppy soon, do not wait to send a deposit and the market fluctuates and is unpredictable.

I want the first pick?

So do we, in fact, our entire purpose for breeding Olde English Bulldogges is for the continuation and future of our program. Rarely “First Picks” are available, but “First Available Picks” certainly is. These are the puppies we are willing to part with to the public. Prices will be set on quality, color, demand etc.

I’ve paid the reservation fee, when do I pick my puppy?

We allow picks made on a first come first serve basis. The policy is subject to change soon, but for now whoever places the reservation fee first, chooses first. Once we make our picks which can take up to 7 weeks of age, we will begin contacting you to let you know the puppies you may choose from. Puppies need to be paid in full by 8 weeks of age and picked up by at least 10 weeks of age.

How do I get my puppy?

We welcome our clients to come to check out of the kennel, dogs, and puppies in person. We work hard to keep this place up to par and take pride in it. Of course, we realize you’re busy or sometimes too far away. A majority of our puppies ship nationwide and some internationally. We work with the very best (not the cheapest) pet transporters. Once your puppy is reserved we will start to reach out to our shippers to secure a spot on their van. So the sooner the better as transporters get booked up quickly

There are also flight nannies, which is a concierge service where we will meet at natty at Richmond International Airport and they fly from there to your nearest major airport. You will need to be at the airport to pick up your puppy by the time their flight lands as they likely have to jump on the next flight home.

Both ground shippers/transporters and flight nannies have their pros and cons which we can discuss further over the phone.

How can I pay for my puppy?

You can pay here on our website, but we accept many forms of payment including Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Cashapp and Square. We want to make the process as seamless as possible, let us know what works best for you. You can make deposits and payments with a credit card here on the website.
